Adopting rural students

Setuve adopts rural students and provides financial help to complete their education. We help these children acquire various skills based on their interest, enabling them to master what they study.

Currently, Setuve has adopted one of the rural student to help him complete his education. This is just a beginning of our journey.

Educating rural youths

Today, we can see a radical change in the job market in India; the “NO VACANCY” boards have been replaced by “WE ARE HIRING” boards. But are we ready for such hiring?

Many graduates with strong academic background fail in interviews.

Job fair is one of the popular shows these days organized by many corporate houses, social organizations etc. No doubt, it is a good trend, but along with the same line can we work on preparing educated youths for such job fairs and make such shows more successful and wipe out our unemployment to the greater extent?

Setuve visits villages to identify such talent and help them prepare for interviews, understanding the interview process etc.

We are also working towards identifying job opportunities in rural areas in Agriculture and non agriculture sectors so that we can stop people flowing towards cities.
